and many citations are issued without any 311 complaint.
Austin's actual parking citation data is not published on the city's open data portal. It is only
available through the
Municipal Court Public Portal
(individual lookup) or via a
Public Information Request.
Still useful as a proxy for
where residents care enough to report — which tracks
high-friction parking corridors and chronic problem locations.
